I had a lovely getaway with my family at this hotel, mainly because of the fantastic spa services and the variety of dining options available. However, I was a bit let down by the inconsistency of the staff's service and the overall responsiveness of the hotel. The location next to Ursu Lake offers a great retreat into nature. Unfortunately, the value for the dining in the hotel didn't quite match the expectations set by the spa quality.
